Hi folks, sorry for the radio silence this last week, more posts and catching up to come. But first, some news!
We will always remember Pochuck Mt, New Jersey from the trail, since that is where we got engaged! It was a gorgeous, breezy day, and Adam had freeze dried strawberries, champagne, and a beautiful Appalachian wood and turqouise trail engagement ring (bling to come after we finish). Susanna, initally confused, as she just had their town deli sandwiches in mind for lunch, was surprised at the new direction lunch had taken. Obviously was a great moment though, said yes, and now the celebrating can begin!
